Vice Presidential reject Raskolnikov716 hypocritically apologizes for Scotland's behavior

EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND - On February 19th, denied nominee for Vice President of the United States of America Raskolnikov716 wrote an address to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, and in particular, Saudi Arabia.

In the address, Raskolnikov apologized for Jord Todd (the group holder of Scotland) arriving at the NATO summit and causing chaos. Todd had barged into the meeting and begun yelling racial slurs at Saudi Arabia and other countries, and attempted to remove them from NATO. Raskolnikov stresses that Scotland continues to advocate for Saudi Arabia's removal, but would stand down in the "interest of friendship and international cooperation."

Raskolnikov's denial for Vice President is now clear - juggling between the third most powerful office in the United States (first being AmericanPatron, second being the presidency), Minister of Foreign Affairs for Scotland, and trying to float the sinking JP Morgan & Chase financial barge, is a feat that he cannot accomplish. If Raskolnikov holds any public office in the United States - his involvements in other countries would directly impact the interests of America and its citizens. If Scotland were to go to war with America, his loyalty would be split and he would be considered a traitor to both sides. Evidently, Elizabeth Dalton had no regard for his foreign involvements and the toll that it may take on the United States, but the Senate (for some part) did.

Raskolnikov perpetuated in his address the fact that Todd was technically the group holder, yet only considered the Chief Constable of Scottish police. Despite his outrageous behavior at the summit, Scotland has not - and cannot - fire Todd from his position. Whether or not Todd chooses to exile Raskolnikov from Scotland and strip him of all his citizenship there, will determine whether Scotland is more or less democratic than the United States - the country which invented and is expected to uphold modern democracy.
