AmericanPatron unconstitutionally removes President Patrick Russo from office
WASHINGTON DC, USA - On February 15th, AmericanPatron issued his tenth mandate:
Starting today at 4:40 PM EST, PatrickRusso, shall hereby be removed from all public, and or private offices under these United States, and shall be prohibited from returning, or obtaining such offices so long as the United States is owned by AmericanPatron. For such crimes of cross-branch corruption, collaboration with enemies of the state (haloluver), and other high crimes, PatrickRusso is to be stripped of his United States citizenship, and will no longer enjoy the privileges.
AmericanPatron had always been a controversial figure in American government - that the presence of an individual with the authority of a dictator would have control over a democratic government. Although the account was created only to intervene in times of severe crisis and organize ranks, AmericanPatron had been exercising its authority more like an individual citizen/monarch, rather than a dehumanized account for holding groups.
Memorably, AmericanPatron had ratified a "new constitution" with less than 1/5 approval of Congress, which merged the two chambers of the House of Representatives and the Senate into one.
Constitutionally, the President can only be removed from his office by an impeachment filed by the House of Representatives and tried by the Senate. However, Patrick Russo was automatically removed from his office and absolutely banned from holding American citizenship (including running for office) without any form of investigation, trial, or anything close to an impeachment.
In the meantime, Acting President/Vice President Jack Rockwell has been placed as President until the end of Russo's term. After that, according to AmericanPatron, presidential elections will be held.
