Russo administration becomes target of a congressional investigation

WASHINGTON DC, USA - On January 19th, Speaker pro temopre PearTime (Alexander Rodriguez) published a congressional press release addressing the

dissolution of and formation of a "new" commission for investigating allegations to

the White House.

The Congressional Commission (Rodriguez Commission) formed to investigate accusations of former Vice President Terence Walsh intimidating representatives, has been dissolved. The commission has now been reformed as the Congressional Investigative Commission (CIC), which will have the authority of conducting examinations into "more alarming accusations of corruption", according to Rodriguez.

The CIC will be investigating into "staffers and close acquaintances of the Russo administration". Interestingly, Secretary of Defense Jennifer Hartson, and former Vice President Terence Walsh were seen as the defense staff for Speaker of the House Luke Solace on the evening of the 19th, when Representative Tormentium filed a lawsuit against Solace for miscounting and "illegally passing" the repeal of the assassination act under which Walsh was murdered.

Many political analysts find it interesting that Tormentium would almost contradictorily be opposed to the assassination repeal. In the trial, he stated that the bill had passed with 8 out of 13 votes in approval of repeal. He embarassingly lost the trial, especially after he and his attorney staff cussed out and screamed at the justices of the Supreme Court who presided over the trial.

There is strong speculation among Americans that Rep. Tormentium may be behind the CIC's formation. But, as Speaker Luke Solace authorized the dissolution and formation of the new committee, many Americans assume that the Russo administration is demonstrating their willingness to cooperate with Speaker Solace's investigation through extending an olive branch, of allowing him to employ their best debaters in his defense on the trial.

The CIC will be chaired by Alexander Rodriguez (PearTime), but its specific members have not been disclosed. It will continue the investigation into accounts of Terence Walsh intimidating a representative, and will formally meet for their first assembly on Friday, January 23rd.
